Special Events

Here are some of the Special Events that are planned for the 2010 Fall Harvest Festival:

*Special Events are included with general admission, unless otherwise noted.

Every Weekend -
Pig Races at the Swine Speedway – During Fall Festival dates – Friday; 6:30pm and 8pm. Saturday; 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm. Sunday and Columbus Day Monday; 1pm, 2:30pm and 4pm.

Teacher Appreciation Days – October 1st & 2nd – FREE ADMISSION for Teacher with Official School ID.
-Register to win a Free Educational Field Trip at Belvedere Plantation for an entire class.

Pumpkin Cannon – Tenatively scheduled for Saturdays & Sundays in October.
Greg Quann will be here shooting his pumpkin cannon.  On Saturdays, the demonstration hours will be 10am – 12 noon and 1pm – 3pm and on Sundays the demonstration hours will be 1pm – 4pm.  A lucky few will be chosen to fire the cannon.  *Check back with us for firm dates*
