Berry Care
- Strawberries are very perishable and need to be handled gently.
- Protect the berries from direct sunlight, especially in your car.
- Store berries in the coolest place in your home; in the refrigerator is best. Grade your berries; use the ripest ones first.
- Do not rinse off the berries until you are ready to use them. Remove the stems after washing the berries to use.
